Papaya · coming soon · private beta
Agency-grade judgement for the sellers who cannot afford an agency.
Papaya reads your Amazon advertising account, decides what to change on every keyword, explains each call in plain language, and then measures whether its own last set of changes actually worked. You approve. Nothing moves without you.
Opening gradually to a limited number of sellers. No card required to join the list.
01 — The problem
Most sellers advertising on Amazon have nobody thinking about it.
Not software — thinking. Someone who looks at the account, knows what matters, and says do this, not that, and here is why. A seller with a handful of products runs hundreds of search terms at once, and each one is a small economic decision: pay more, pay less, stop paying, or leave it alone. Get enough of them wrong and advertising quietly eats the margin.
That attention exists. It is exactly what an agency gives a large brand. It has simply never been made affordable — and the tools built to replace it fail in three ways.
A small budget cannot carry a big tool
Managed platforms start at several hundred dollars a month; agencies work on retainers in the thousands. When the software costs a third of what you spend on ads, that is not optimization — it is a second ad bill.
A rule builder needs you to know the answer already
“If ACOS is over 40% for 14 days, lower the bid 20%” is a rule you have to invent, tune and defend. The cheap tier hands the hardest part of the job back to the person with the least time for it.
You cannot tell whether it worked
A number that moved is not a change that worked — the market moved too. Most tools never say what they expect to happen, so nobody can grade them. Sellers try something, cannot tell if it helped, and cancel.
02 — What we build
Making good judgement cheap, and showing its reasoning.
Papaya exists for one reason: the sellers who most need someone thinking about their advertising are the ones nobody builds for. Below a certain budget the good tooling simply stops — rule builders underneath, platforms and agencies above, and in between, people with real money at stake and nothing made for them.
We are building the opposite of those three failures: affordable enough for a small catalogue, simple enough that you never invent a rule, and never a black box — every decision arrives with its reason, the money at stake, and what it costs you to say no.
- 01Connect your Amazon account You authorize Papaya from your own Amazon login, and you can revoke it whenever you want.
- 02Get your weekly page A short list of proposed decisions — what to change, why, and what it is worth.
- 03Approve what you want Nothing is applied until you tick it. Saying no to a row is always a valid answer.
- 04See whether it worked We write down what we expect before acting, then go back and tell you whether it happened.
