Papaya

Privacy policy

Last updated 5 September 2026

Papaya is a service operated by Jazak Veemtaz LLC (“we”, “us”). It helps Amazon sellers decide how to run their Sponsored Products advertising. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Two things that shape everything below. First, Papaya does not request access to personally identifiable information about your buyers — no names, addresses, phone numbers or order-level customer data. Second, Papaya is propose-only: it never changes anything in your Amazon account unless you explicitly approve that change.

1 · What we collect

Data you give us directly

Data we receive from Amazon, with your authorization

When you connect your Amazon account, you grant Papaya access through Amazon’s own authorization screen. We then read:

WhatWhy we need it
Advertising performance — campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets, spend, clicks, salesTo work out which advertising decisions are worth proposing
Sales and traffic aggregates by productTo relate advertising to what the product actually sells
Inventory and fulfilment dataTo avoid recommending you advertise something that is about to run out
Financial summaries — fees, settlements, refundsTo calculate whether a product is profitable before recommending spend
Customer reviews, if you buy the review-analysis add-onTo summarize what buyers say about a listing

We do not request the Amazon roles that expose buyer personal data. Where Amazon returns a field we did not ask for and do not need, we do not persist it.

Data collected automatically

Basic server logs for the website (IP address, browser, pages requested), kept for security and troubleshooting. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2 · How we use it

We do not sell your data. We do not use one seller’s account data to advise a competing seller, and we do not pool customers’ Amazon data into a shared dataset.

3 · How we store it

4 · How we protect it

5 · Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who make the product work, and only what they need:

WhoWhat they receive
Amazon Web ServicesHosting and storage of the data described above
Our payment processorYour billing details, to charge your subscription
Our email providerYour email address, to send you account and service messages
A large-language-model providerOnly where a feature requires it — for example the optional review-analysis add-on. We do not send buyer personal data, and we do not permit the provider to train models on your data.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If Papaya is ever sold or merged, we will tell you before your data moves.

6 · How to get it deleted

Write to admin@papaya-aps.com and ask. You can request that we:

We respond within 30 days. You can also revoke Papaya’s access to your Amazon account at any time from Amazon’s own settings, without asking us — at which point we stop receiving new data immediately. Deleting your account removes your data from our live systems; backups age out within 90 days.

7 · Children

Papaya is a business tool. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8 · Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will email you before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
